Our Practice in Riverton

Dr. Christopher Frazier was born in Lander and raised in Riverton. After graduating from Riverton High School, he attended the University of Wyoming, earning a bachelor’s in science. He then pursued his career in optometry at the Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, OR. There, he graduated, receiving his doctorate with distinction and a 4-year membership in the Beta Alpha Psi honor society.

Dr. Frazier completed his clinical rotations at Portland VA Hospital, Malmstrom Air Force Base, and Indian Health Center. Dr. Frazier is a current member of the American Optometric Association and the Wyoming Optometric Association and is pleased to be back in his hometown, providing quality eye care to Fremont County. Dr. Frazier delivers professional optometric services for ocular eye diseases, such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, and cataracts. He also provides services in primary eye care, pediatrics, contact lenses, scleral contacts, rigid gas-permeable contact lenses, sports vision, dry eye, and emergency exams.

Dr. Frazier is an active member of the Riverton Lions Club and is currently the club secretary and is also serving on the Sight Conservation Committee. Dr. Frazier is on the board of directors for Sage West Hospital, a subsidiary of LifePoint Health.

Dr. Hinkle was born in Riverton and graduated from Riverton High School. He joined Riverton Vision Center in 1994 after graduating from the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, California.

Dr. Hinkle enjoys following his children’s sporting events and volunteering his time to coach youth football and baseball. He has served on the board of directors of Riverton Little League and Riverton Legion Baseball. Additionally, he enjoys spending time with his family camping, hunting, and fishing in the mountains of Wyoming.

After 30 years in optometry, Dr. Devin Davis jumped at the opportunity to move back to his hometown and join the Riverton Vision Center.

Dr. Davis graduated with honors from the Pacific University College of Optometry in 1991 and worked at clinics in Colorado, Wyoming, South Dakota, and most recently in Chadron, Nebraska, where he owned his own practice. He loves building relationships with his patients and is driven to provide the best eye care possible.

Dr. Davis and his wife, Kim, have been married for 27 years. Kim has been a volleyball coach for over 30 years and has also worked in education. They have 3 grown children: Brandon, Tyler, and Maaryn.

Dr. Davis and his wife love the outdoors, especially fishing, and are grateful to be back near the mountains. Both have also been involved in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes for nearly 20 years and look forward to being active in a local church.

Anita has been a valued member of the Riverton Vision Center team since 2015. Her role involves patient pre-testing and assisting optometrists with annual eye exams, cataract, LASIK, and glaucoma consultations.

Committed to professional growth, Anita is expanding her Medicaid and VSP insurance expertise while pursuing additional technician certifications. She finds great satisfaction in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Outside work, Anita enjoys spending quality time with her family, biking, walking, and exploring new destinations. Her dedication to the community is evident through her past presidency of the Riverton Lions Club and involvement in children’s eye screenings at local schools and daycares.

Tina joined the Riverton Vision Center team in 2017, bringing a wealth of experience from a 28-year career at Kmart. Always aspiring to a career in business, Tina enjoys her role at the center. Outside work, she is passionate about camping, side-by-side riding, and spending quality time with family.

Brandi has been a valued member of the Riverton Vision Center team since 2021, where she enjoys a variety of responsibilities. She finds great satisfaction in helping patients look and feel their best.

A longtime Riverton resident, Brandi has been happily married for over 2 decades and is the proud mother of 2 sons.

Yolanda moved to Riverton in 1996 and has been a dedicated healthcare professional for over 18 years. She joined the Riverton Vision Center team in 2020 and enjoys welcoming patients as they arrive.

Yolanda values spending quality time with family and friends, cherishing the creation of lasting memories.
